Visitor Service
1. Mini Coaches
    For the sake of an easy tour, mini-coach service (two mascot-shaped coaches) is provided on the first floor inside the base fence, mainly for the children under 1.2m, seniors over 60 years of age and the handicapped. The coach stations are at the north and south ticket offices. The coaches depart once every thirty minutes and tour around the venues.
2. Well-mannered Ushers
    At the tourist area on the first floor, the uniformed ushers will receive your inquiry, handle the emergencies and provide one-on-one services for the handicapped and the like. Such considerate and diversified services have made them role models of the Bird's Nest.
3. Information Centers in the North and South of Bird's Nest
    In the north and south of Bird's Nest Floor One lies the Information Centers, which are in charge of consultation, wheelchair depository, emergency management, lost-and-found broadcasting, lending, charging, complaint, and other important services. Besides the aforementioned, tourists can also use the multimedia tour guide with a moderate price of RMB 10 to tour around the Bird's Nest.
4. Currency Exchange Service
    On the first floor, foreign visitors can exchange currency at the Foreign Currency Exchange Counter.
5. Medical Service
    Our heartfelt consideration is also stretched into the Medical Center which will offer services to anyone who is not feeling well at any time. In addition, the "999" emergency cars with medical professionals are ready for any eventuality.
Tour Tickets
    Ticket offices can be seen on both sides of the south exit (outside Gates D and E) , the north exit (outside Gates K and L)and the West Gate of the Bird's Nest.
Price of standard tour tickets: Standard admission for adults: RMB 50 / person.
Preferential Policy: Preferential policies are as follows:
For the individuals:
1. Free admission: people over 70 years of age and children under 1.2 meters in height;
2. Half-price ticket: valid identity card holders aged 60-69 and holders of valid student ID card or campus card.
For the groups: as to groups of travel agencies, please fill out the discount application form at the CITS counter; there is no discount available for other groups for the time being.
Price of VIP route:
    Admission fee for VIP route is RMB 100 / person. For group VIP route inquiries, please go for the GZL International Travel Service,China International Travel Service (CITS) Head Office and the Win Today Century Tourism Development Co., Ltd. Free tour guide service is available both in Chinese and in English.
Shuiniao Ticket
    In May 2010, Shuiniao Ticket, an agency managing the tour ticket business for the Bird's Nest, was jointly funded by the National Stadium (Niaochao), the National Aquatics Center (Shuilifang), Beijing Artists Management Co., Ltd., Beijing Inter Sports Co., Ltd. and Beijing Culture & Sports Technology Co., Ltd.
Inclusive Tour Ticket for Beijing's Landmark:
    On August 3, 2010, a cooperative agreement was duly executed on the "Inclusive Tour Ticket for Beijing's Landmarks", a project jointly proposed by CITS Head Office and four of the city's landmarks - NCPA, the Bird's Nest, the Water Cube and the Tower of CCTV. The Inclusive Tour Ticket only costs about 70% of the aggregate amount of the said landmarks.
    Under the auspices of Beijing Tourism Administration, the Inclusive Tour Ticket, with CITS Head Office as the general ticket agency, was introduced by four of the city's modern tourism landmarks, and each of such ticket will cost RMB 50 less than the separate tickets for the four scenic spots.
    Visitors can buy the Inclusive Tour Ticket at the ticket offices of the four scenic spots or at the outlets of CITS Head Office. The tickets will be valid for one month during which the ticket holders can freely arrange their tour schedules.
