    Our Information Counters can be found on the Lower Ground (LG) of both Village South and Village North. They are also home to our very own Customer Service Officer. Easily spotted adorned in purple throughout the Village, our Customer Service Officer are a handpicked team of friendly, multilingual Beijing veterans. They are ready, willing and able to help you in any way they can.
    Not only your first port of call for advice, directions or general enquiries, we offer a number of useful services to all our visitors, guaranteeing a happy and carefree experience. These include battery charging for your mobile phones, wheelchair hire for those with mobility difficulties, and we will even loan you an umbrella if the heavens open - all complimentary, that's what we're here for!
    So whether you're looking for information on all the Village has to offer, or simply need directions to your next Beijing experience, the Customer Service Officer has you covered.

Ease of Access
    At Village North and Village South, every care has been taken to ensure ease of access to all our visitors, and provide everyone with an equal and untroubled experience. For our guests, we provide disabled car parking, elevator access to upper levels, and a disabled toilet on the Lower Ground (LG) level.

ATM
    Stumbled across the very last 'must have' dress that can't wait till the next day, just discovered your favourite store is having a mid season sale, or simply left the house without any cash?  Fear not, for we have an ATM machine in the Village just for these sorts of emergency.Check out the map below which is highlighted red.

Parents Room
    Here at the Village, we want to make everything as easy as possible for all our visitors. For those shopping with children, we've got a Parents Room for you to make use of, complete with changing tables and toddler seats, perfect for dealing with any little incidents you may have whilst enjoying your day here with us. Parking
    For those of you who wish to come to the Village by car, we've over 800 car parking spaces in our underground car park, directly beneath exactly where you want to be.  We also provide disabled car parking services, as well as a car wash and valet service whilst you spend your time at the Village.

Car Grooming
    Whilst you're out and about enjoying your time at the Village, treat your car to the full works with our state of the art cleaning and maintenance service. From waterless washing and waxing of the exterior, to turning the inside out and polishing it down to a sparkling finish, step into a whole new car once you've finished your day with us.
