1,Initial Contact with Clients
1) In case of any phone call inquiring about the venue conditions, we shall voluntarily apprise the client of the venue available, the relevant equipment and facilities as well as the rental prices, and invite him/her to a site visit.
2) Inquiry shall be made about the basics of the client's company and the time, scale as well as the number of participants for the specific event.
3) If the event fits in with our annual schedule, we shall present the client with the Notice for Holding Grand Events and then enter into the letter of intent with the client.
2,Negotiation
1) Both sides shall conduct commercial negotiations over the cooperative clauses and complete the contract.
2) The contract shall be submitted for approval and countersignature, and the certificate of the venue shall be issued to the client for the subsequent formalities.
3,Preparation and Holding of the Event
1) The client shall provide plans for the events, for security and for construction.
2) A coordination conference shall be convened for Construction Department, Facilities Department and Security Department of our company to evaluate the plans.
3) Event preparation shall be initiated, and the scheme for coordination shall be set up between the client and the relevant departments of our company.
4) To hold the event.
4,Conclusion of the Event
1) A coordination meeting shall be convened for site-clearing upon conclusion of the event.
2) Relevant departments of our company shall examine the venue after the clearing.
3) The said departments shall respectively submit an event report to Events Operation Department which in turn shall submit a summary
