It is located in the Xian Bridge Scenic Area. In the northern of the Dragon Lake, there is a strange cave liking a bevel gauge 3km away from reservoir dam. In the cave, there is a three-floor brick and stud building that main to take part in Taoism Activity. In the second floor, there are seting three stone tablets were carved in Qing Dynasty.

Xiangu Cave is cut in Xuantong Period and developed formally in Xianfeng Period. Legend was said that in the Qing Dynasty Xianfeng XinYou Years (1861), Li Yulian who's Li Gong'ao's daughter, took refuge in the cave. But in 1864, she sqacrificed for resisted the robbing of the bandits. When she died, she looked calm. Guangxu Emperor said that she was chastity. Later peolple called her Femal Immortal and changed into its name as "Xiangu Cave".
