Located in the Cleat Scenic Area. It is in the eastern of Xingshang Village Huwu Town, is about 3km away from Cleat Cave. Because there are White Dragon Pond and Wulong Pond, called "Double Dragon Valley".

There is a elliptic pond in the valley, called White Dragon Pond. After several breaking, the water streams along the steep gorge and strange rock, then it becomes a waterfall. Under the waterfall, there is a green and doliform pond, called Wulong Pond.

There are also Shuanglian Cave and other graceful landscape near Double Dragon Valley.
