It is located in the Lingyan Rock Scenic Area, is in the cliff under Yuping Peak. It is east to Tianzhu Peak and Ling Rock Templ and west to Large Dragon Waterfall Scenic Area.

It is a cliff viaduct by manual work of near 2km. It consisted of a waterfall (Peal Waterfall), a lake (Yangtian Lake), two bridges (Yuntian Bridge and Iron Chain Bridge), threee pavilions (Campsis Grandiflora Pavilion, Dongxian Pavilion and Juxian Pavilion), four caves ( Quadrate Cave, Guandao Cave, Vase Cave and Huixian Cave) and other landscapes, formed a scenic spot of strange peaks, peculiar caves, viaducts, pavilions and waterfall.
