Zhuang Lefeng, is from Danyang Jiangsu, is the famous peorson of industrial circles in the early Tianjin. He ever took charge of director of Kailuan coal mine, and he launched and hosted collection to build Tianjin Yaohua School.

The Former Residence of Zhuang Lefeng is located at No.10 Garden Road, is built in 1926.

The building is sitting east to west, the main building is a Germanic courtyard building with four floors. There is a cloakroom in the entrance hallway, there are antechamber, drawing room, restaurant, bedroom and ball room in the first floor; The second floor is surrounding the hall, setting a winding corridor with railing to overlook the whole hall. The outer wall of the building is used warm-toned, and the roof is copied the french checkpoint.
