ZhangRuiTing (1878-1944), is baron in early Tianjin. In 1930 upon the northern textile mill. Once was built Suiting  Court for Nankai Middle School.

The Former Residence of Zhang Ruiting is located at No.9 Garden Road Heping District and built in 1922, and it is a three-floor building with a basement. Three sides of this building have verandahs, one is half-round drawing room and in the room, there are four pillars of octahedron. Among four pillars, there is a fountain. The windows of the drawinng room inlays into scenery pictures by colourful glass, on each side has a salon, restaurant and reception room. The second floor is the bedroom and toilet. The third floor is bedroom and platform. This house has a typical northern European architectural style, and now is used for Tianjin federation of industry and commerce.
