Li Zhuchen (1881 - 1968), a former vice chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, chairman of the China Democratic National Construction Association Central Committee, vice-chairman of the National Association of Industry and Commerce, Minister of Light Industry, also in Tianjin Federation of Industry and Commerce and the founder of the public building.

Li Zhuchen home in a Zone of Peace Race Course Road, No. 202 (now 102), is the wood structure of the four-storey building. A total of eight upstairs downstairs room, to the Northern and Southern Dynasties. 1952, Chairman Mao-hand-drive-inspection, that is to live here.
