Yu Zhangxian Ancestral Hall was built in 1314, it faced to the south and was built for sacrificing Luo Congyan. The existing building was rebuilt in 1633 and named Luo Congyan Memorial Hall in 1993.

The overall arrangement of the ancestral hall looks like a quadrangle dwellings. According to the whole architectural form and structure, it is one high mid-range building of Sanming existing halls.
