Former Residence of Zhou Enlai is a two-floor building that is wood and strong, white wall unripe brightness, so called "small white building". From the autumn in 1932 to the winter in 1933, Zhou Enlai was living here and it was the General Political Department of Red Army site at the same time.

The former residence was rebuilt in 1978, it was the key unit of cultural relice protection of Fujian and educated base of teenagers patriotism. In those years, Zhu De, Zhou Enlai, Ye Jianying, Yang Shangkun and ohters leaders ever lived in "small white building".
