Currently, it mainly invests in Xiguan B & B project, the most Guangzhou historical district. Two B & B projects under the brand have been opened. ? Guimi Huawu, the head office, is located in the lizhiwan scenic area, one of the eight scenic spots in Yangcheng. It is next to the Liwan Museum (the official cultural exhibition site of Xiguan big house). It is a single family building. The front and back houses are connected by a patio, covering an area of nearly 600 square meters. The project has the honor to invite Mr. He Yongming, the winner of if design award in Germany, who is an internationally famous design master, to write the design. The overall design is based on Lingnan ancient charm elements such as Xiguan panlongmen, wooden checkered Manzhou window, green brick wall and mashidao. The room is designed around Lingnan, ancient style and cultural elements, and is outlined with different cultural elements, with different themes, styles and stories. ? Guimi teahouse, the branch, is located in Enning Road, the most beautiful arcade block in Guangzhou. It is located in yongqingfang cultural town, a micro renovation project of Guangzhou historic district. It is a single family building with an area of nearly 200 square meters. It is small and exquisite. The branch also invited Mr. He Yongming to write the design, highlighting the use of local elements - Guanyinzhu in Lingnan, creating a Zen space, To redefine the life of laoxiguan with 'music, chess, calligraphy, painting, poetry and tea'.
