Xiangji Kitchen is on the right side of Mahavira Hall of Yongquan Temple, and it is the monks' abstinence hall. There are stone pools and stone channels for washing the dishes and vegetable. They are built in Song Dynasty Tiansheng Years.

There are four big iron pans for cooking, that is one of "three irons" in that temple. The caliber of the largest pan is 1.57m and deep is 0.8m. It is a rare big pan to cook with five bags of rice and a ton of water that is supplied one thousand people to eat. When rice is done, a layer of rice crust will be formed in the bottom of a pan, and it tastes good.
