The environment in the hotel is very good, but two of the three sockets in our standard room are broken. The front desk said it would repair them for us after looking at them. As a result, we stayed for four nights and didn't come to repair them..... This lack of service still needs to be strengthened!! On the whole, I'm quite satisfied. There are also washing machines that can be used. It's very convenient, but the place for drying clothes is very small.

The air conditioning is GREE, which is more awesome. The waiter was quite friendly. Deficiencies: 1. After living for three days, the towels and bath towels in the room were not changed, and the garbage can was not cleared; 2. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom, and the bath water splashes everywhere; 3. The sound insulation design of the hall is not good. As long as someone makes noise in the hall, it will affect every room. Overall, I don't think the International Youth Hostel in Hangzhou is as good as that in Suzhou.
