Got a room with a queen bed and breakfast included for right at 500 RMB, a bit pricey in retrospect (especially for a very small room with only the view of an inner courtyard), but the location was absolutely wonderful. Very close to the train station and right in the middle of downtown Nanjing. The room, as stated, was very small, but everything in it was wonderful. Everything from the undercabinet lighting to generous complimentary things was excellent. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, speaking enough English to fill in a few gaps in my Chinese. Highly recommended if you dont mind the price.
