Superb location. Right beside HaiDiLao hotpot and KTV/Carrefour supermarket right below. Fantastic rooms (aircon bit too cold though...cannot adjust as controls only allow on/off). 1min walk to West Lake. Good enough breakfast in their very interesting restaurant. Will stay here again if re-visit West Lake
