It has been a month since I came back from Dalian to comment. JAL always gives me a warm and thoughtful feeling. However, JAL in Dalian really doesn't dare to compliment. Let's start with hygiene. The most important thing in a hotel is room hygiene. There are obvious stains on the carpet and wallpaper in my room. I didn't ask to change rooms because I brought a lot of children's things, but I always felt very uncomfortable in my heart; Besides service, because the flight was early, I arrived at the hotel at more than 8 a.m. and knew that it was time to check out in the morning. I was afraid there was no clean room. I specially called Dalian JAL the day before departure. I should have transferred it to the reservation department to inform him of this situation. I hope he can check in smoothly when he arrives at the store. Please also tell the front desk to inform him of this situation. However, when I arrived at the hotel the next morning, I was still told that there was no clean room to stay, and the front desk didn't know that the reserved guests would arrive early in the morning. I asked the front desk how soon can I clean a room? I was told that it will take an hour. Would you please clean a room of 4 or 50 square meters for an hour? Will it take that long? At my strong request, I reluctantly went through the registration formalities for me. I told the front desk attendant that I would wait in the lobby and give me my room card in an hour. The front desk hesitated and told me not to pinch the time so tight. I was really speechless at that time! Maybe the hotel may think I'm picky, but I want to say that the hotel service gives guests a feeling. The waiter's behavior is not extreme, but it gives people a very uncomfortable feeling. Although I won't choose JAL next time I go to Dalian, I hope JAL hotel can really worry about the needs of guests. Please change your position and think about everything!
