Located on a new waterfront landfill site, this complex is designed to be a state-of-the-art facility while also setting a high level of design quality for urban development in the area. The Centre includes exhibition, conference, restaurant, amusement, guest room-style office and office-to-lease facilities, and a Le Méridien Hotel with over 300 rooms. Five exhibit halls provide 33,130 square metres of space, while meeting rooms, a multi-purpose room/ballroom and 400-seat lecture hall total 12,190 square metres. The Centre also includes extensively landscaped civic plazas and concourses.
