The People's Meeting Hall is located in the northern of Yundang Lake with 10,000 square meters. It is a city landmark.

People's Meeting Hall is building grand and solemn, air heroic, such as a volant roc. There are 600 seats in the south with lowering outdoor recreation square, for 70,000 square meters of green space around it. The underground layer and the ground floor 5 with a total construction area of 25,000 square meters, are equipped with the advanced lighting, elevator, air conditioning, acoustics, newsletter, fire alarm systems and other equipment. The whole hall is a modern multi-function hall.

The hall can accommodate 1,500 people, and the chairman's tables and chairs can fall accept for stage. There has international conference hall that can accommodate 260 people, with four language simultaneous transliteration function. There are two VIP meeting room and unique meeting room which are named after Xiamen seven administrative region.
