It is located in 15km northwest vortex water in the west bank of Anlu City. It is said that Li Bai played chess with his friends here, so also called "Taibai Pavilion".

It is chiseled by stone, and its plane is nearly square. Its length of side of top is about 6m and 1.2 high; its waistline is about 1m and 0.8m high; the length of side of bottom is 8m and 2m high. The stone quality is solid firm and its modelling is peculiar and classical. It is also a good place for tourists to explore.
