The Greening of the park layout is reasonable, proper plant configuration, structured, and its characteristics is hasing more ancient and rare trees,huge bonsai and flowers. There are more than 670 strains of the succession, evergreen and deciduous trees are for about half of all. There are 27 pears ancient and rare trees, among them, 20 pears for more than one hundred year ole, 5 pears for two hundreds years ole and 2 pears for three hundreds years old. In front of the Wanhua Chamber, there is a gingko that is more than 430 years ole. Its height is 26m and crown diameter is 13.8m. It is standing as a giant.

Bungeana in a contemplation hall, the height of 6.2 m, 7.2 m crown, and it is more than 200 years old. It's rarely in Shanghai because it is flowers every year. Yule pavilion to the south of the plant on the old wistaria, its height is 4.2 meters. It's more than 300 years old. Outside the wall it set a wisteria frame with stems coiling. Every spring, the stems is full of white Luoying, and it wins the tourists' love. There are planting ginko, privet, magnolia gradiflora, machielia alba, crape myrtle, sweet-scented osmanthus and so on huge bonsais arrounding the pavilion, hall, platform. Throughout the park green trees, it is structured. So it is reflecting the artistic style of the Ming and Qing Dynasty classical garden.
