Qinglong Temple and Qinglong Pagoda are situated at Qinglong Village of Baihe Town. The temple was built in the second year of Tianbao Reign of Tang Dynasty (743) and was firstly called Baode Temple, and then changed as Longfu Temple in Song Dynasty. Qinglong Pagoda is to the south of the temple by the river. Both were put into the list of protected relics of municipal grade in 1962.
