Sun Yat-Sen's former residence

   There is  a 2 story brick and wood building in the West of the door, formerly a staff housing,  (1917), Sun Yat-sen stay here 6 years , after the death of Sun Yat-Sen and replaced as the Prime Minister of Memorial room; In 1984 ,became Whampoa Military Academy Museum, displaying Huangpu military school history and photos of Sun Yat-Sen's revolutionary activities in Guangdong.

   Step into the courtyard, tree-lined, elegant environment, facing the Pearl River, the scenery beautiful. A prynne trees tanding in the courtyard, is said to be higher than the prynne trees of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall , known as "champion tree '. The tree type is very interesting, stout trunk, split into two branches. Some viewers think of very rich, the scene brings back memories. They said the stout trunk, symbol of the cooperation between KMT and CPC, the middle symbolic two-party split out. Upper a lot of flowers, a lot of the leaves, and like to many old men shake hands each other . Yes,  feeling of gratitude or resentment will resolve in one day , national unity and reunification of the motherland, Hong Kong and Macao, will one day be unified across the Taiwan Strait.

   Sun Yat-Sen's former residence is a two-story house with combination of Chinese and Western architecture, former customs building in the late Qing dynasty, wall embedded with "former residence of Sun Yat-sen" plaque.In 1952,  repairs, the wooden staircases move into indoor from west side .

Held "activities of Dr Sun Yat-Sen in Guangdong revolutionary photo exhibition "and "display of military history"  within the building.Here we can understand in some detail to the whole length of the military history.
