Wang Shenzhi (862-December 30, 925), courtesy name Xintong or Xiangqing, formally Prince Zhongyi of Min and later further posthumously honored as Emperor Taizu of Min, was the founder of Min on the southeast coast of China during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms Period of Chinese history. He was from Gushi in modern day Henan.

In the cemetery, there were halls, a pavilion housing a tablet, memorial archway, lotus and Yongxing Temple originally. But when Fujian was deseased, all of them were abandoned. In the fourth year of Ming Xuande Period, it was resurrected by the army. The cemetery is a three-floors stone platform with stone slab all around. The whole cemetery is unique structure and peculiar.
