Hui Shan, also known as Martyrs Cemetery, located in the town Hui Cao Guoyang County hill. In memory of the New Fourth Army Brigade Fourth Division XI of the vortex North Japanese martyred built more than 300 martyrs.

The cemetery was built in 1945. The front arch-style doors. On Mao Zedong wrote, "Long live the martyrs", the sides of Zhu De and Guoyang title plaque. Central cemetery, stands a 15-meter-high monument, inscribed: "New Fourth Army Brigade Fourth Division XI of the Martyrs Monument vortex North War martyred," the 21 characters.
