Lobby is just an office building with no sign, so note the exterior photo so you can find it. Entry is on north side. You have to go to office on 12th floor to get pass-code and check-in. I later realized that they texted me the door passcode and I could have gone directly to the room, but it was all in Chinese so I didn't understand it. Staff does not speak English, but it all worked-out OK. Room had a few burned-out lamps, and they fixed them promptly when asked. I would definitely stay there again.
