We stay in Shanghai a lot and decided that wanted a more authentic french concession experience, Kevins House is located down lane and really is an old lane house setup very well as boutique hotel. The room was large more like a 1 bedroom apartment, it would be easy to stay for a few days here. It is attached to an Italian restaurant, which looked interesting but we didnt sample. It was very good experience.

It was really calm and comfort place. Could feel antique but sophisticated taste. All the equipment were quite high qlty. And one of good thing was Italian restaurant, Bella Napoli, just beside. Always highly recommended for Kevin's old house. Thank you.

It's great. The location is good and quiet. Downstairs is a pure Italian meal and it's not expensive. The house is old-fashioned, but very clean. It has a four column big bed, a microwave oven and a small refrigerator. There is a washing machine in the room on the third floor. Suitable for permanent residence. But the boss wants to change the room on the second floor into a restaurant. It is said that the third floor may only rent long-term accommodation.
