caroljx said: The environment is pretty good. The front desk staff is very poor. The 811 cashier is not skilled. After staying for a few days, the room fee is printed as pre-sale. It took more than half an hour to check out, but it hasn't been completed yet. It took me more than 20 minutes to print an invoice. If I changed rooms with the guests during their stay, the invoice would not be issued. The service attitude is also very bad. I don't know what I'm doing. I also complain about more than 60 suites. Now I'm alone. Not understandable.

All the conveniences are good. The hotel settings are relatively new, but the parking is inconvenient. Everything else is OK. I will choose to stay if I have the opportunity
