I have stayed at the Zhaolong many times over the last 8 years, but after this visit I will not be returning. The room was dirty, and the service varied from non existent to surly. A shame, because its a great location and has been a favorite of mine. Clearly the management of the hotel do not have a grasp of what is required to keep wetsern guests happy
