I've always had a good image of this store, but the front desk service is really terrible this time. Don't mention the attitude of checking in. There is no basic etiquette in the service industry. The hotel didn't inform in advance of the water cut-off. Fortunately, I didn't know until I saw the notice posted. I asked how to take a bath. I was asked to take a bath in the early morning or when I checked out. I was very dissatisfied with this answer. After going upstairs, I didn't do the room card, so I ran downstairs to reset the room card. The attitude was very bad and said I couldn't use it. I don't think I'll go again in the future.
