Hotel service has fallen too much! There are often companies engaged in activities in this store. On the night of check-in, I met a direct selling company for beauty products (similar to Amway unlimited) holding a conference in the hotel. What does it feel like 1200 people are waiting for the hotel ladder? The guests and I waited for 8 times and were unable to enter the elevator. Moreover, these meeting people went directly to the lower ground floor to occupy the space. When they got to the first floor (normal guests were waiting for the elevator in the lobby), they couldn't get in at all. There are three elevators running in the hotel, but only one goes up, and the other two are occupied by the staff of the company. As a result, my guests waited about an hour and finally squeezed in. The room is on the 10th floor. Ask the guest to take the suitcase up the stairs? Ran to the front desk and said, can you arrange an elevator for normal hotel guests? The receptionist had a bad attitude and said he couldn't manage it! The guest was supposed to stay for 3 nights, but he checked out the next morning and ran away! Hotel conference guests are too noisy, affecting the rest of ordinary old guests! No wonder the hotel changed its name. I wish the hotel close down as soon as possible!
