When checking in, the front desk specially asked to leave the phone, and then accidentally left a shirt in the room. In the evening, the front desk also said that they had to ask the housekeeping department to wait for a call. They could not help saying: what's your efficiency? It's clear that the guests should contact in time when they leave their belongings (and specially leave their contact information). Why do you have to wait for a telephone inquiry? The front desk retorts, how slow are we? This kind of hotel management is really the main reason why we are unwilling to stay in, which spoils the surrounding environment.
