Es war einmal von Zuo Zongtang besetzt, einem wichtigen Beamten in der späten Qing-Dynastie.Während der Zeit der Republik China lebten hier auch einige historische Berühmtheiten wie der Staatsmaler, Pu Xuezhai, der kaiserliche Clan der Qing-Dynastie und Sun Baoqi, der Steuerinspektor.Es gibt Korridore, Rockeries, Gärten, alte Bäume und so weiter im Hof, mit einer langen Geschichte und eleganter Umgebung.
