Snail Inn (Zhangjiajie Downtown), the Posthouse is located on the opposite side of the Tianmen Mountain cableway. It's only about 10 minutes' walk from the bus station and the railway station (about 2 minutes by taxi). You can get to the Tianmen Mountain cableway about 300 meters away. You can get back from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and get off 200 meters to get back to the store. You can also take a bus to the airport in about 15 minutes.
The post house is made of solid wood and decorated with Tujia embroidery and batik. It has a strong local flavor and gives you the feeling of returning to your hometown in the countryside.
