Deyu Mountain and Water Homestay Wuyuan, in the Song Dynasty, there was a building called 'Deyu Pavilion' in the Cheng family of Wuyuan. Of course, this building has not existed for a long time. It comes from the story of Ouyang Xiu's drunken man's pavilion, that is, 'to get the heart and to contain the wine'. It is put on the bed and lodging, and 'to contain' means to live. The Analects of Confucius: the wise enjoy water, the benevolent enjoy mountain. Therefore, it is named 'Deyu. Landscape'. The first couplet: get the heart and contain the wine, from the 'drunkard Pavilion': drunkard's meaning is not in wine, but in mountains and rivers. The joy of mountains and rivers is the heart of getting and the wine of containing. The second couplet: happy with water and longevity in mountain, from the Analects of Confucius: the wise enjoy water, the benevolent enjoy mountain; The wise move, the benevolent quiet; A wise man is happy, a benevolent man is long-lived.
