The location, environment and facilities of the hotel are very cost-effective, but on the night of check-in, I had a fever and asked the front desk to help deliver water. My attitude was very general. Let me go down and get it myself (it was inconvenient to go downstairs to ask for help because of fever and dizziness), or wait for an hour...
