Jiangnan House Changyuan is located in Miaotang Lane, Gusu District, Suzhou City, adjacent to scenic spots and historical and cultural attractions. There are many historic sites and gardens around, including Humble Administrator's Garden, Master's Garden, Suzhou Museum and Lingering Garden, which interpret the Suzhou style garden aesthetics, as well as Tiger Hill, Jinji Lake Scenic Area, the Taihu Lake Lake Tourist Resort, Tongli Ancient Town and other natural scenic spots. The hotel invited Mr. Liu Yichun, a renowned architect, to carry out the overall design of the hotel. The hotel's soft furnishings were designed by Mr. Xie Ke, the founder/design director of well-known domestic designer Shang Yiyang, and Mr. Zhi Hongxin, who extracted elements from garden creations and Jiangnan charm to create a 'smooth and pleasant' garden environment. The hotel layout is divided into two areas on the original basis: the east area is the guest room area separated from Changyuan Garden by a wall, and the west area is the famous Soviet style garden in the Qing Dynasty. The hotel style is based on exquisite carving and freehand brushwork techniques. The main body of the guest rooms maintains the existing wooden and brick concrete structures, which are repaired and reinforced. The high roof beams and multi sided windows enhance the 'smoothness' of the view. The color scheme of the rooms is inspired by blue walls and black tiles, combined with gold bricks, open inner courtyards, and other methods, giving people a comfortable and pleasant leisure experience.
