Youyuan Guesthouse Shenzhen is located in a quiet and simple Longqi village in Shenzhen Dapeng Peninsula, adjacent to the end of Bichang town. It is a single family building with a private garden, with a vestibule, a backyard and an independent private flower orchard, with a total area of about 400 square meters. There are more than ten kinds of fruit trees in the garden, such as longan, litchi, carambola, wampee, mango and guava, as well as the rare Sakya fruit! The first floor is a public activity hall, including karaoke hall, tea art hall, calligraphy desk, reception hall, automatic mahjong machine, cooking room and other public facilities. The second floor, the third floor and the fourth floor are all complete sets of guest rooms. There are three sets of guest rooms, seven rooms and 13 beds in total. All the guest rooms have independent bathrooms with windows for ventilation! All beds can accommodate at least 14-18 people. Each floor covers an area of 93 square meters, which can be separated and integrated, flexible and convenient to meet different needs. Youyuan Huakai suite is on the second floor, with three guest rooms and three bathrooms; Youyuan Zhuying suite is on the third floor, with two rooms, one living room and two bathrooms. The living room is equipped with Queyou automatic mahjong machine and 55 inch Konka color TV set, which are exclusively enjoyed by the guests on this floor; Youyuan Dangui suite is on the fourth floor, with two rooms, one living room and two bathrooms. The living room is equipped with a home theater system for the entertainment of the guests on this floor. Barbecue, camping and party can be held in private garden and courtyard. There is an independent kitchen in the northeast of the building, which not only has gas stove, but also retains the traditional firewood stove!
