Shanghai Jinzhang Yayan Hotelis located in Zhangyan Village and is the first rural revitalization project undertaken by China Construction Eighth Engineering Division, which is also an important practice of the rural revitalization strategy. The Zhangyayan Hotel project in Zhangyan Village, as a rural revitalization project jointly created by the government and enterprises, has received high attention and concern from leaders at all levels of the city and district, and has conducted research and guidance on the Zhangyan Village project multiple times. The construction achievements of Zhangyan Village Rural Revitalization Project have been preliminarily demonstrated, and it has successfully passed the third batch of rural revitalization demonstration villages in Shanghai. Zhangyan Village Cultural Center has become a 'popular building' and a 'check-in destination', and has been listed on the world's 'Top Ten Museums and Cultural Centers' list. At the same time, various themed activities such as the 'Zhangyan Harvest Festival' and the 'Shanghai Urban Art Festival' will be held to promote the Zhangyan Village Rural Revitalization Project IP, continuously enhance brand influence, and lead the new fashion trend of ancient architecture. The total construction area of the hotel is 4400 square meters, consisting of four major sections: Tongshan Hall, Guilai Hall, Guanyue Hall, and Jinjing Hall.
