Fengzhai Hostel Shanghai, Phoenix House is located in Huanglou Town, Chuansha, Pudong New Area, around Disneyland. It is the old house of Mr. Feng Tao's family. It was built in 1914 and has been 104 years so far. Mr. Feng Tao's great grandparents returned from Nanyang to purchase land and build ancestral houses. There were wing rooms on both sides of the East and the West. Later, Mr. Feng Tao's parents reconstructed them to form today's pattern, retaining four old houses on both sides of the East and the West centered on the guest hall. It covers an area of 4 mu, surrounded by green forest, meandering river and lush. It is a rare natural oxygen bar in the city. Now, Fengtao and his wife have repaired the old house, preserved the century old style and built a new Chinese style home. Supporting parking lot, courtyard, garden, restaurant and other facilities, can undertake all kinds of party, can provide private dishes, fishing, barbecue, afternoon tea break, chess and other services.
