Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission Training Base is located in the east section of Daihe street in Qinhuangdao, opposite to Hebei Foreign Language Institute, near yinhaidao, and close to Bohui Daihe international. It only takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the beach. The base is surrounded by Xianluo Island Scenic Spot, Tianma square, sea paradise, Tianma shopping square, seafood stalls, etc.
It integrates catering, accommodation, entertainment and conference. It has all kinds of guest rooms. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean and comfortable, with simple layout and complete facilities.
