Diaomin Tribe Boutique Hostel (Kaiping Tangkou), a brief introduction of diaomin tribe's tourism and lodging complex
The project is made up of the buildings in the period of the Republic of China and the buildings in the period of new China
Because of the particularity of various buildings, some of them are old department stores, office space and workshops of housing management office, dormitory buildings used by the government, and old factories, some of which have not been used for 20 years. We did activation projects on these in 2018
After activation, the project is used, including:
1. Home stay, 2. Coffee shop, 3. Travel bar, 4. Farm kitchen, 5. Exhibition hall of overseas Chinese objects, 6. Sketching base, 7. Ceramic art gallery, 8. Sports bicycle
Project design is application:
The 'local' style of the local type uses the economic method of 'saving'. The operation mode uses the 'soul' mode. In the whole public decoration, the discarded parts from the original property are used for reuse.
The whole project is designed and constructed by founder Zhang Xiaoming. He is responsible for achieving reasonable 'saving'. Local people, local culture, local stories and local enterprises bring out the flavor of 'soul'
Our location is in Tangkou cultural and creative Town, 1.2km away from Zili village. It is 2.5km away from Liyuan. It is 6 kilometers away from Chikan ancient town. There are parking lots and basketball courts around. There are also bike lanes.
