Yuechi Nongjia Diyizhuang, It, also known as Yuechi Zhongfu farm, is located in yangjiapo village, Huayuan Town, Yuechi County, about two kilometers away from the main urban area of the county. It covers an area of 120 mu with a construction area of 7500 square meters. It can not only meet the needs of eating, living, traveling, shopping and entertainment, but also meet the needs of business conference training and teaching experiments. It was officially opened on September 27, 2009. It hosted the award ceremony and longevity banquet for the fourth Yuechi Rural Cultural Tourism Festival. It warmly received the leaders of central, provincial, municipal and county governments, Jiang Kun, then chairman of China Folk Music Association, and representatives of the longevity elderly, and received their appreciation and praise. In August 2011, it was rated as a five-star farmhouse in Sichuan Province, becoming the only five-star farmhouse in Northeast Sichuan. In December 2011, it was rated as national 2A scenic spot by Sichuan Provincial Tourism Administration. In 2011, it was rated as the tourism integrity enterprise of Sichuan Province, and in 2010 and 2011, it was rated as the 'top ten tourism enterprises' of Guang'an City for two consecutive years.
