On the river outside Xiaodong Door Ezhou City, there is a huge reef wriggling and like a golden dragon, called "Lung Poon Angeles".

Before Sun Quan became the king in Wuchang, he was heard of there is an yellow dragon coil lying in the huge ston of the river and granted it "Poon Lung Angeles". It and the "phoenix palace" which was located in eastern echoed each other at a distance, and called them "dragon and phoenixn". But later it is said that the Avalokitesvara took a fancy to this place, so came to Poon Lung Angeles to rehabilitate.

The cabinet body of Guanyin Pavilion was engraved "GuanYinGe" three great flourish words. In the pavilion, there are a kiosk, two temples and two floors, with a total area of more than 300 square meters. Within the cabinet from west to east, respectively was Guanlan Pavilion, Dongfangshuo Hall, Guanyin Hall, the old Gentleman Hall and Chunyang House.
