Introduction

   The Zijin Convent was built during the Tang Dynasty, and features 16 vividly painted sculptures made from arhat located within. The convent itself was constructed with wood from the special Nan trees. At the convent o­ne can sit near the window and enjoy a cup of tea while listening to the outside sound of pine trees being gently blown by the wind.
