Siyue College, built in the region of the Qing Emperor Kangxi, has a history of more than 300 years. It was the clan hall of the Zhang family in the Ming Dynasty in Shenzhen, which is an honorable family with four brothers: Siyue, Aiyue, Huaiyue, Nianyue. They are the fathers of the people in Xiangxi Village, Hubei Village, Shuibei, Tianbei.
Siyue College, once located in No. 22 Nanqing Street, moved to its present site later and rebuilt the basic structure in 1997. In June 1925, National Federation of Trade Unions set it to the reception center of Hong Kong's Great Strike. Now it is the protection unit of cultural relic of the province. "Learn through the people and benefit to the people" is a consistent aim of Siyue College.
Siyue College now boasts Kongxin Character written in one stroke, "Maitang Drawing" and "Doudou Drawing", as well as the four treasures and Jingdezhen Chinaware.
