Jianyuan Tower is also called Wenming Tower, is located in 18.5km away from Plum Blossom Mountain which enjoys the reputation "cultural relic township".

This tower was built in Kangxi Period (1662). Its substrate is 2.5m hight, covering an area of 40 square meters. Originally there are 7 layers and each layer is 2 meters. But later it was struck by lightning. So there are 5 layers now. It is the only ancient tower in the county.
