The East Rock is more than 60m high, all around are steep and it stands erect that likes a drum. Because the palisades shows red, be called Chishi House. The top of the rock is wide and covering an area of more than 20mu.

In the old time, there is Dingxiang Countyard and now there is an octagonalpavilion. It is said that there are sun and moon pools for one is clear and the other is turbid. Now the moon pool has been destroyed, but the sun pool is still existing. The sun pool is cut by manual work, and it is 6m long, 4m wide, 2m deep and isn't dry up for four seasons.

On the foot of the mountain has a Dongming Hole of 48 meters long and 18 meters widw. Now, under the East Rock, there is a "one thousand grave".
