Of Lin former residence located in the the Renshou Hill Park,  Mr. Lin Fengmian in 1934 to personally design and construction of the French house. Trimmed in 1999, is open for viewing.

    Of Lin is one of the founders of modern Chinese art education, 1900 was born in Mei County, Guangdong, and 6 years of age to study painting, graduating from high school went to France to study. Founded in 1928 the National Institute of the Arts (now China Academy of Art predecessor). War period of exile in the Mainland, after the victory back to Hangzhou, and his death in 1991.

    The former residence of Mr. Lin Fengmian on display the works of different periods, is left as a studio and other furnishings.
