Fuzhou Mount Shizu Scenery Mountain is located at the bank of Dongzhang Reservior,10km away from West Fuqing City.It is famous for the jagged rocks of grotesque shapes and flourish bamboos.

At the foot of Mt. Shizhu,the door pavilion is 29m wide,6m deep.There are 16 caved stone pavilion column with yellow glazed tile as its roof, horn ridge eaves and the picture of  two dragons playing a ball.It is of strong ethnic characteristics.

Shizhu Temple is located at the middle of the hill.It is o­ne of the most important scenic spots in Mt. Shizhu Scenic Area.It is built in the year of Dazhong,Tang Dynasty.It is firstly names as Lingbao Temple and changed it name in No.9 Year of Songqiandao.Shizhu Temple is mainly composed of Jiuxian Pavilion(Xianjun pavilion),Jade Emperior Pavilion(Tianjun Pavilion),Land Hall,Guanyin Hall,Stupa Pagoda,Ziyun Building,Jade Emporior Imperial Palace and Dabei Hall.

From Fuqing City to Mt. Shizhu,take bus at Shuinan,Ximen Bus Station or Yuanhong Road Line directly to Mt. Shizhu.A journey of 10km with a fee of CNY 2.5/person.
